Spin tires on pavement.
Spin tires on pavement is what this should be called. Great mod for the stock air box. Allows a lot more air to flow through and the sound is totally cool. Makes your GP sound like it should. I have no problem installing it, although you should take your time and using metal foil tape will further isolate hot air from the intake side. I put this on both sides of the metal and it actually keeps the hot and cold air apart even better. No realy change at lower RPM's but works great at higher revs. Just know that GP's come stock with rev limiter programming in place. Get rid of that, put this on the intake and free up the exhaust and you are doing well. Great product, all of my vehicles get this mod. Well worth the price and does not void any warranty.

More horsepower and acceleration.
After installing this kit in my car, I noticed a big difference in acceleration and power in the higher RPM's. You'll also notice that supercharger screams when it's able to receive more air into the engine. This is the second mod to my 2004 pontiac GTP (Comp G), in addition to my 180 T-stat. My next mod is going to be a 3.4 pulley for the supercharger, which should put me right at 300 HP. Sweeeetttt!!!

Gives you EXTRA sound & power!
I bought this air intake for my 2005 Grand Prix GT. I definitely have to say it made a huge difference with sound and performance. It gives it a beefier sound that you just don't have stock. As for the performance side of it, it definitely gave it a little boost. Yes, I know my Grand Prix was N/A but it still gave it a little more oomph. Since then, I bought a 2004 Grand Prix GTP (Comp G) and put this K&N into it. All I can say is WOW, if you thought it sounded good on the GT you definitely wanna try it out on a supercharged GTP. It definitely brings out the whine in the supercharger. The price is a tad bit steep, but in my opinion worth it. It should be one of the first mods you get for your car.On a side note, I've also seen a slight increase in gas mileage since installing this. If you're looking for a quality Air Intake look no further because the K&N definitely delivers.

Product Description
The kit replaces your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. K&N intake systems are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your vehicle's engine to inhale a larger volume of air than the OEM air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The filters on these kits are washable, reusable and easy to install with tools commonly available. Top to learn more
