Not a Top Episode
The show opens with James taking a long ride in a 1970's Maserati Bora, which he loves. He compares it to the Countach, they have one handy for comparison. Jeremy and Richard, without James present, rip on him for loving the slowest super car from the 70's.The car discussion segment is a bit slow. Jeremy spends most of the time ripping on lazy Porsche design - he especially hates the brand new (on that air date) Cayman and the Boxster.Then Jeremy drives two wanna be British sports cars, the TVR Tuscan (he hated it), and the Wiesmann Roadster (loved it). TVR was bought by a Russian group of guys and pretty well ruined, don't think they are in business anymore. And the German Wiesmann didn't fare much better. The Stig runs both cars around the track with surprising results after Jeremy slammed the TVR so hard.Richard doesn't really test an Aston Martin DB9, as much as he plays around looking for the best chic magnet, a puppy dog or the DB9...
