Great when used correctly...
I know the box says you can get a positive up to 5 days before your missed period, but everyone needs to understand that you CANNOT get a positive until after implantation occurs. This might happen early... but it also might not. Read the directions and the percentage of women who actually get a positive 5 or even 4 days early. I didn't get a positive with my son until AFTER I was a day late and with my daughter it was only 1 day early.

Accurate Pregnancy Test!
I missed my period & tried First Response Pregnancy Test. What showed is a very faint pink line which the instructions said is POSITIVE! I went to the doc who took my urine test & the doc said it's negative. I thought this product [stinks]. But then I still didn't have my period so after 3 days my doc took my urine sample again & took my blood and yup! I'm really POSITIVE! That means this First Response Pregnancy Test really works! Accurate AND Cheap
I wish I had known about these sooner! I have been TTC for a year and have purchased expensive tests at the drug store the entire time. But after suffering a miscarriage and knowing that I would start testing again, I found these! I received them right after my miscarriage and used them to check my beta levels to make sure they were dropping properly. I would rate these tests as extremely sensitive! I took a test after having my blood taken by the doctor and doing a urine test at the doctor's office. My HCG level was around 20 and the urine test at the doctor's office came up negative. But this test came up as a positive! It wasn't until my levels were below 20 did this test read negative! That's amazing. So I will be using them as we try again and will feel confident that they will give me a early result. Great product!The only trick with these is that they are not mid-stream tests. I will never buy another pregnancy test from a drugstore again!
These are more sensitive and WAY cheaper than the kind you buy at the store... and at about 1.00 a test why not??? most store brands measure hormones at 50 while these measure 20!! the most sensitive you can get! you can start testing way before your period is due... i belive 10dpo?? maybe even 8?? but dont quote me... if you are a pee on a stick addict these are for you!

Why spend more?
These worked great for me - I started testing early (you can waste these as they are so cheap) and the day I finally tested positive I used 5 just to be sure (and double-checked with a more expensive model). Definitely get these.

Accurate enough for me
First test out of the box said I wasn't pregnant, and I wasn't pregnant. Got my period the next day. That seems pretty accurate to me. The instructions were pretty clear that if you mishandled the test, you'd get a false positive or an error. So just make sure you read the directions before taking the test, even if you think you're a pro at peeing on a stick.

Great price Great product
These are so easy to use and work really well. And to top it off they are so inexpensive! It makes it possible to test as often as you would like without it costing a serious amount of money. Every month that I used the LH surge strips I did get at least one day of a positive result and when we did finally get pregnant these were the first tests that I used and it was a clear result. The line showed up right away.After having a miscarriage the doctor had me get several blood tests to track my hcg levels and make sure they were getting back to zero. I was curious to see if I would still get a positive on a pregnancy test so I used one of these tests the same day I had my blood drawn. The test showed up a faint line and I found out from the doctor the next day that my hcg level was 8 mIU/ml. (Which if I was actually pregnant would have been consistent with about three weeks pregnant.) So these strips are very sensitive and I'm very impressed with them.

WORKS! But you'll want to do your research since no info comes with.
I bought these just to make sure that I was ovulating since my cycles are not predictable. I got pregnant in the first month of using them! Unfortunately I did miscarry but am now buying another months worth to try again.The tests do not come with any information since they are simply medical supplies and they assume you know already. I did not know what I was doing for the first few days and after doing a lot of reading up on these tests I HIGHLY recommend going to [...] (peeonastick dot com)or google "How to use LH test strips" or something similar to learn all about testing your ovulation using these LH test strips. You do need to test twice a day and at certain hours of the day to be most effective. I personally set an alarm on my blackberry to test at 10 am and 10pm. Awesome product, great price!
Great product! Even better price. I ordered these because we've been trying for a few months to conceive with no luck. I looked at OPK tests in stores and the tests run about $20 for 7 tests. I checked Amazon and found these for about $12 for 40 tests. I figured even if they don't work, I'm only out a few bucks. I started testing in the morning about 10 days after the first day of my cycle. The directions advise to allow your urine to reach room temperature before testing. This was somewhat of an inconvenience, but I just left the urine in a dixie cup for about 30 minutes before I tested. The test is very obvious when negative and even more obvious when it tested positive. I tested positive after the 14 day of my cycle(I have a 27-30 day cyle). I would definitely recommend this product and I would no doubt reorder, but hopefully won't have to. By the way, my order came only 4 days after I ordered them from this seller.

Must have for couples trying to conceive!!!
Friends suggested to me to get ovulation test strips, but I thought, "How hard could it be?!" Plus, I had an Iphone application that predicted my ovulation date.Well, after the first month of not getting pregnant, I decided to give these a whirl. Must buy!!
After 24 months of trying naturally I decided I wanted to try some opks. This test is very easy to read. My first month of using the opks I became pregnant. I had a short surge that month so if this test would have been faulty I would have never have though to try that day. This test was easy to read positive and I'm thankful. The pregnancy test are amazing!!! I have bought several pregnancy strips and have had evaporation lines appear. Not these. I was able to get a faint positive around 9 days after my positive opk. Since I had so many tests I kept taking one ever 2 hours to see if it progressed and it did. Strips Work Perfectly, But Instructions are Lacking
How many of you know that when testing for an LH surge, your best bet is to test twice, once in the early afternoon and once in the early evening? I didn't know that. In the morning, your LH is usually lowest, so with almost any ovulation predictor, if you're only using one in the morning, you're likely to miss the surge. Of course, I learned all that from a article written by an OB that was posted on an infertility website; the generic instructions included with these strips don't give you that kind of helpful information.In fact, by following the included instructions, I spent two cycles *completely* missing my ovulation date - turns out I ovulate earlier in my cycle than the manufacturers of these tests expected any woman to - and it didn't occur to me, until doing further research, that I ought to start checking before their suggested date.
