Super sealer
I purchased a can of this black liquid tape at Walmart not expecting anything special, but was I surprised after using this product for the first time. After a few hours the film is as tough as the original insulation and it sticks to just about anything. I have coated all my utility trailer connections as well as wiring on my travel trailer. The film is super tuff and will withstand flexing and abrasion unlike other liquid tapes I have used. This is a fantastic product.

GREAT stuff!
Our power cord for our laptop got chewed -- down to the bare copper wires! One application of this covered the wires, and has kept them safe for several months of hard use since then. It has saved us money and hassle. One downside: I (by accident) ordered the white, instead of the black, liquid tape -- so we have white splotches on our black cord. <vbg> Our mistake, and NOT something against the product; just a warning to check the color you're ordering, if you want your repairs to be less noticeable than ours are!

Very useful and looks good
This bowl works quite well to keep dips cold. I particularly like the stainless steel top - it looks much nicer than if it were all plastic, and the material is dishwasher-safe. A huge plus when cleaning up after a party. The bottom part is made of acrylic but that's perfectly fine - after all it is only used for the ice cubes (although one can use it as a standalone serving dish, too). The acrylic is surprisingly good quality and hefty, and has a subtly "ridged" decor further enhancing its visual appeal. This would look nice on any buffet table, from casual to formal.I also like that there is a plastic lid that can be used to cover the stainless bowl - particularly useful when preparing a dish ahead of time and it must be stored in the refrigerator until served. All in a all a very well-thought out product that solves a common party problem with style. Recommend!

Did a great job on a hot day!
I used this at a shower during hte summer for a cream cheese dip and it did a great job while looking great on the buffett. This comes with a lid which is a BIG plus in my book. At the end of a party you're so tired the last thing you want to do is transfer food to tupperware or plates and saran wrap everything. Very functional and good looking.

Nice! But lid does not stay on.
This is an awesome concept and bowl.. but I wish they made this in a little larger size, as I made a double batch of dip and could not fit it all in this small bowl. Using chipped ice works best, and kept the guacamole cold for hours! HOWEVER.... when it came time for storage, the plastic lid fit so tight it would not stay on. It was very very hard to press down underneath the lip of the bowl. And when we finally did get it pushed down all the way around, the lid popped itself off in the fridge! ? Strange. So, great bowl. Crappy lid. I guess you can always use plastic wrap instead, but kind of defeats the purpose of the lid now, doesn't it.

Tough coating on about everything - I use it for sealing HF connectors
This stuff leaves a tough rubber-like coat where you apply it.You can build up thickness with several layers, adding to strength and coverage. Once it is fully cured by evaporation of the solvents, it is remarkably resistant, flexible and stretchable. The consistency is somewhere between toothpaste and honey, but the material does not flow easily, behaves more like toothpaste, you need to brush it on. Coverage on sharp corners and in crevices need special attention. To build up thickness, you need to wait some time, a 20 minutes is generally OK for the second hand, but for a really thick and resistant coating you will need more than 1 layer.I would like to see a thinning or cleanup Agent for it.Here, it works pretty nicely for weatherizing HF connectors on outdoor Antennas, to seal the threads on SMA connectors etc. Long term UV stability needs to be proven, but I assume that in my application it will work out just fine long term.

Great way to patch cuts to the jacket of power cords.
This is a great product to use to patch cuts to the outer jacket of a power cord. It forms a pliable finish layer that fills in or replaces the protective casing of the cord where damaged. The material seems to adhere well to the cord itself provided the area to be patched has been cleaned well. Otherwise the patch will peel off in a short period of time. This product should be made available in ORANGE given many cords in use today are orange in color.Note: Do not use if bare copper is exposed or or the inner wires are cut. In that instance replace the cord.

Though the stock has broken out of a rectangular formation with the expected target being 490 but thats medium term and the stock is expected to go down a little towards the 350 levels where we will look to buy it. SO a buy on dips is advisable.

There were more Fed heads speaking, and Fed Head William Dudley agreed with Fed Head Janet Yellen, who had said the previous day that keeping interest rates near zero through 2014 was needed. That got the ball rolling with gold, for as I’ve explained many times in the past four years since interest rates around the world headed to zero, gold competes with deposit rates. And now, knowing that two Fed heads agree with Fed Chairman Big Ben Bernanke — that rates need to remain near zero through 2014 — really got the ball rolling for gold, and as I left the office, with my tail dragging, and totally exhausted, gold... I’ve spent a couple of days this week talking about Singapore and the Singapore dollar ( SGD ). As I explained the other day, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) met last night, and I was quite pleased with its decision. The price of oil rebounded to $103, and I’ve told you many times that a higher oil price is needed to move the loonie higher, as the Bank of Canada (BOC) refuses to hike rates. Heading over the North Pole from China, we land in Canada, and the Canadian dollar/loonie ( CAD ) finally got back to parity to the US dollar yesterday, as the price of oil rebounded from a dip this week. A move to reduce reserve requirements would be like a rate cut, and even though in the old days, that was viewed as debasing a currency, these days, the markets rewards countries that promote growth. Apparently, the MAS is very concerned about rising inflation in Singapore, and as I’ve explained in the past, the MAS uses the S$ to combat inflation. You know, I like the Canadian dollar/loonie for a number of reasons, but what I don’t like is the BOC sitting and watching a housing bubble and doing nothing.

“Gold [in 2011] was clearly dependent on emerging markets’ economic strength, as China’s jewelry demand grew to a record level while India’s fell by less than 3%,” said GFMS executive chairman Philip Klapwijk on Wednesday, launching the... INVESTORS looking to buy gold saw prices fall alongside the US Dollar in London trade Thursday morning, dropping $8 per ounce to $1652 and falling harder in other currencies as commodities also edged lower. Rising incomes in both China and India mean “We see significant potential for new entrants” to the gold market, said Klapwijk, with banks expanding access to physical product in-branch, and private-sector operators also expanding “distribution to... Eurozone investors wanting to buy gold saw the price drop 1. China’s private demand to buy gold in 2011 accounted for more than 0. Italy today sold almost €5 billion in new government bonds, with investors demanding a whole percentage point more in annual interest on 3-year debt at 3. “Physical demand on the other hand has been supportive, with particularly strong buying coming out of the Far East on price dips. “But…further easing actions could be warranted if the recovery proceeds at a slower-than-expected pace,” said Yellen – the Fed’s #2 to chairman Ben Bernanke – adding that only “a significant acceleration in the pace of recovery” would bring... “Chinese monetary easing looks to have already taken place,” says Standard Bank, and “The latest Chinese foreign exchange reserves data [also] showed a much stronger-than-expected increase in March.

From there, the gold price worked its way another five bucks higher to its high tick of the day, which was $1,681. 30 spot, but got sold off a bit shortly before the 1:30 p. m. Comex close. This pastoral setting came to an abrupt end shortly after the equity markets opened in New York at 9:30 a. m. Eastern time…and an hour later, gold had gained about twenty bucks. The low price tick came about half past lunchtime in London…and then edged slowly higher from there. The gold price traded quietly sideways from there.
