Helps with anxiety/stress
Quick service, I ordered this on a Friday night and received it in the mail by Wednesday and they had not even charged my account by that time. So far I like the product. I have been suffering from anxiety/stress since I had my 3rd child and tried many meds and herbs which did nothing but made my symptoms worse. So far I like this the best because it has no side effects as far as I can tell, if you take a higher dose you will get sleepy. So start off with a low dose and add more slowly if you need it. I take fish oil(w/700mg+ EPA) and 2 drops of Kanna in the morning and 2 drops at night and that seems to be enough for me. I feel mellower and can deal with the day better and I sleep better. I'm surprised this product is not very well known? I will be buying this product again.

Kanna from this vendor was of excellent quality. Will definitely be ordering more kanna from this vendor. Effects of kanna very positive on many levels. It literally made me happy each day, all day. I am not depressed or have anxiety but the kanna makes me feel happier anyway. Also I sleep much better using kanna and wake up completely refreshed. Good product, good businessman.
I actually was looking for tea and it seems you can use this as tea, but after reading about how kanna is typically used (like chewing tobacco, sort of, or simply chewed with gum or chewed and eaten), I decided to just try it that way. I actually like the taste. I made tea once, but the leaves never fell to the bottom and actually I preferred just sticking it under my tongue and sucking on it, then swallowing it. It is supposed to be a great, natural antidepressant. Since I was originally looking for a relaxation tea to help with stress, kanna seems like a good supplement. So far, it does seem to be helping me feel a little better (only have been using it for 4 days now and it apparently has a cumulative effect over time, much like prozac or whatever, which doesn't just instantly make you feel better). It came with a free sample of kratom, which I actually really enjoyed! Kratom is definitely a relaxing tea, but I couldn't work on that at all. After work, the kratom is...

I have ordered Kanna from a few different websites and even a few different sellers on amazon and so far this one is the best. I was very fresh and it was fermented and not just dried and very strong. Sceletium
From personal experience I can say Sceletium tortusum "MAY SUPPORT OPTIUM NEUROLOGICAL & EMOTIONAL FUNCTIONS" (FDA WON'T ALLOW ME TO SAY "WILL"). I know that I am more "mellow" (calm) and I don't have the tension. Before I bought this, I had been on the look-out for a natural herb that didn't have all the side effects of the Chemicals the Doctors push (plus, the Doctors usually have to give a person several different drugs before finding one that may work and even then, the side effects can be down right nasty. Sometimes the drug the Doctor prescribes even has the opposite effect and the person becomes psychotic.) I know of a couple of herbs that work quite well, but this one I like. Amazon has a real good price as well. This beats St John's Wort hands down (sometimes this one can have side effects). I know of no side effects from taking Sceletium tortuosum (I haven't had any.). A VERY GOOD PRODUCT.

Great Product
This stuff is great if you like to chew it like i do. Rough cut and powder seem to not stay together very good after you have it in your mouth for a few minutes but this stuff stayed in a nice ball for a long time. It had a little grit in it but i guess thats to be expected since ive found that in all the kanna ive had. This stuff also seemed to be much more potent than the rough cut and powder ive tried from this vendor, I would definatly recomend a lower dose than your normaly used too. Well worth the price and will definatly be ordering this again.
