Delish!
This is NOT super hot pepper paste. It's more sweet than hot but it's got a tiny bite to it and a lovely zing.This is a fermented pepper paste and it is so addictive!This does not have MSG but it does have [wheat derived] glucose.Fermented foods take food to another notch and not only do they taste better but they are highly digestible and actually help regulate your gut flora (I know that sounds gross in print).This IS a product of Korea.Anyway, this pepper paste coupled with the Korean soybean paste is manna from heaven!Ingredients in this Yummy Gochujang:Red Pepper PowderWheat Flour Starch SyrupLiquefied Glucose

This Gochujang is hot and tasty. If you are not a spicy lover or you can not eat spicy stuff I would not recommend this. Otherwise I would recommend this hot pepper paste.

Essential for Korean cooking
I have been buying this gochujang from Sunchang as far as I can remember. Recommended to any Korean food lover! You can use this for other type of cooking, not just Korean. I use sometimes to make pasta, and it adds nice spicy flavor. Love it!

finally it's here!!! =D
we had to move out of country about 2months ago since we are an army family.and we love Korean food.To make lots kind of Korean food,you need Gochujang!!! Thinner than authentic Gochujang paste
This sauce tastes good but I can't call it an original Korean hot pepper paste or Gochujang. Rather, this one is more like Gochujang-based light sauce for raw fish, made with Gochujang,sugar and vinegar. If you want to try authentic thick Gochujang, Haechandle's or Sunchang's Gochujang is the best.
