It takes time...
This product works but it takes time. In 4 months, I have gone from a B cup to a D cup. It also does wonder for my PMS (I take an extra pill a day during that time of the month.) The change didn't happen overnight, but I have had to purchase all new bras and bikini tops!!!

Worth a shot

Luckily you get a lot of pills for the small price, because you have to take two pills two to three times a day. I only take twice a day, though sometimes I forget. But the idea of buying this was to try for a cheap version of breast enhancement. About two weeks later my breast gained half an inch. So I'll see where I am a month a month from now.

helping with arthritis---yes...arthritis
I take this in combination with Serrapeptase. The two together help my feet to not hurt as bad as they had been. I discovered that the pain was worse at certain times of the month. My estrogen level is starting to deplete as I age and I thought I would add a natural estrogen. I do not take hormone therapy-I am reticent to use hormone replacement therapy because of past cancer problems.SO>>>together the products have helped with arthritic pain (I have been to podaitrists-neurologists-rheumotologists- and they did not help the pain) but so far so good with this in combination with enzymes has helped me to not have as much pain. Pain is not gone completely-but it is not intolerable as it had been in the past.
