Natural Anti-Inflammatory
I've been using Serrapeptase for 4yrs now and couldn't live without it. I've done a little research on it and found its used as an anti-inflammory (for 30+ yrs)in Europe and Asia and doesn't appear to have any negatives drawbacks.I tried glucosamine chondrotin for my arthritic knees with absolutely no change in my pain level, plus that stuff is expensive. Well, that's when I tried Serrapeptase (recommended by a family friend). Imagine my surprise when I started noticing within 3 days of starting, that my knees didn't hurt. Since I'm a sceptic, I even discontinued the Serrapeptase, to test whether it actually worked, and the pain immediately returned. I'm sold on the stuff and think of it as a miracle worker. I take one capsule twice a day, as that seems to be the level that works for me.

Great for bruises and inflamation
Good for cutting bruise duration in about half. Helps a lot to resolve inflammation much faster. It is very useful after surgery, laser treatments, injuries of any type. It can be taken a few days for minor bruise resolution (from laser or a bump) or longer periods (6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months) for surgery, surgical wounds, and major trauma. My plastic surgeon prescribed it for my surgical wounds and trauma, and instructed me to take one pill (40,000 units) every six hours away from food (1 hour before or 2 after). My Dr. said I could cut the dose in half after 6 weeks if I wanted, or could continue with the initial dose for six months or even longer. My Dr. advised me to rest for a week or two at 3 months and continue until I finished treatment. It speeds up healing. It reduces scar tissue.

Serrapeptase did miracle for myself and my sons
I initially got my bottle of serrapeptase for treating my own high colesterol level, and it worked great! It has been suggested by many that serrapeptase and nattokinase work synergistically, and I am inclined to say that this is the case for me. My nattokinase supplements were also from Doctor's Best. I highly recommend both. One side effect that I found is that my sexual experience improved dramatically, most likely due to improved blood circulation.I also have experienced even more pleasant surprise when giving serrapeptase to my two autistic boys. Though it doesn't seem like serrapeptase is widely recognized by the autism community yet, I strongly believe that serrapeptase works perfectly to remove gluten and casein that are already in the bloodstream of an autistic child. I was very surprised when my sons' hyperactive behavior quickly diminished in a day or two when I started giving them serrapeptase. My sons have been on GFCF diet plus chelation therapy for a year...

Best Magnesium Supplement I've Used
I've been using magnesium supplements for several years, now, and Doctor's Best is by far the best formula that I've used. Everyone's digestive system and needs are different, of course, but I find that magnesium citrate and magnesium taurate formulas are pretty hard on my digestive tract. Chelated magnesium can help to ease these problems, but other formulas that include chelated magnesium don't always have ALL of the magnesium chelated. Oftentimes they include large amounts of less expensive magnesium oxide, which can be harder to digest. Doctor's Best's formula is completely chelated, uses the patented Albion formula and has never given me any trouble. It just plain works for me.

Migraine relief!!!
I've suffered with migraines for over 10 years and in the last year started having them about 4-5 times a week. I received no help from my doctor and feeling incredibly frustrated I started doing my own migraine research and found that a lot of sufferers are magnesium deficient. Here are some symptoms 1) Frequent migraines 2) Muscle tightness and muscle knots 3) Irregularity 4) Irritablity and anxiety 5) Chocolate cravings. These are just a few and all of which I suffer from. 2 months ago I started taking these and I have only had 3 headaches total, all of which were very tolerable and managable (as oppossed to the horrific "head in a vice accompanied with nausea headaches" I was having regulary). Even though these cost a little more, I highly recommend these high quality chelated magnesium pills over the magnesium oxide (which is the cheapest form made and your body absorbs very little of it). Let me state, I am not a doctor. However, I did learn alot of useful info from the book...

the miracle vitamin
I have been running on 0 for almost a year now. I have bought so many different vitamins to try and get some kind of energy going again,nothing seemed to work.When I looked at the reviews on this magnesium,I figured I had nothing to lose,wow!! I felt a thousand times better as soon as I took them.I slacked off after a few weeks to see if I would start a decline,and sure enough,no energy again. I have been taking them again for 4 days and am back in the game. I don't know how they would do for anyone else,but am glad they work for me.I do not know how relevant this is but I suffer from hypothroidism,just in case anyone w/ this may want to try these for themselves.

When I first picked up this book I didn't know anything about chelation therapy ... in general, or as a method of detox. That quickly changed, however, as the book helped me understand not only what chelation is, but how it works and why detoxification is such a vital part of healthy living in our world today. This book has good information but was repetitive and gave me the impression it was rushed to press.The book gives you a clear understanding of why the author believes chelation is needed, but doesn't take the next step, such as if you wanted to test yourself for heavy metals what type of test is better; blood or hair, what are the costs?The book is 235 pages long and chapter 6 ends at page 136. Page 137 is Appendix A and is a Q&A interview from one author to the other, then App B, then C & D. While there is some fresh data in these, it is sandwiched in between 100 pages of things that have been mentioned 3, 4,or 5 times.The Index doesn't list mercury or (thimerisol), although chapter 6 is about mercury. Nothing in Index for heavy metals, lead (chapter 2), or even EDTA (which is mentioned throughout the book).I read this b/c I was interested in two metals. But it was difficult to extract information on them because of the format of...

This book offers a convincing argument that oral chelation is quite effective. It may not be for the INDIVIDUAL who wants to detox with oral chelation, as it doesn't provide specific instructions/steps to do so. It gives lots of info on lots of minerals or elements which perhaps would be helpful for doctors in conjunction with other teaching materials, but it left me unclear as to how to proceed. The website offers products for sale, but doesn't give guidance on which products to choose for general detox. Maybe I'm missing something . . .
