Great Conveniance in Sandpaper
This 4 pack in PRECUT sandpaper is a great boon to the Performax 16-32 drum sander. The sandpaper easily locks in place at the right angle and perfectly rolls up on the drum sander to create the perfect sanding operation. Changing sandpaper grades is quick and simple with the precut sheets. The 100 grit is perfect for a medium finish with about a 1/64" stock removal per pass.The precut paper is easy to work with, and quick changes when going from rough cut to final finish. With proper care and alignment, the paper last for several thousand board feet of sanding. If the paper becomes overlapped on the drum, it will create burn marks on the wood and weaken the paper on the overlapped edge, also reducing the productive life of the paper.I'll spend the few bucks more and let Performax cut the sandpaper to the exact angles needed for perfect drum fit. Great Sandpaper for Rough Stock Removal
I use this genuine Jet Performax product for medium to high rough stock removal. It handles both smoothing rough sawn stock as well as dimensionalizing planned stock. In the past I have tried to use 120 and 150 grit for the initial passes but wound up with burn marks and streaks on the 4/4 cherry stock despite depth and speed adjustments. I now use the 100 grit for the initial passes and then switch to the 150 grit for the final passes on the cherry stock. The 100 grit also works great on 4/4 popular and soft maple as well. Having already cut sections for mounting in my Performax 16-32 drum sander saves time and insures the right fit vs cutting from continuous rolls. Top to learn more

Every Person Who Works in an Organization NEEDS this book
Having worked as a human resource professional in an international corporation for over a decade, I was immensely impressed by this book. Crawshaw tells you exactly how to intervene with abrasive bosses from the management perspective - how to confront them and curb their behavior without getting dragged into endless defensive debates. The book is very easy to read and her approach is extremely effective. Crawshaw takes a difficult subject and gives us hope that we can "tame" these managers sensitively and professionally by following her realistic, practical, and insightful advice. Bullied at work? You MUST buy this book to survive!
The author doesn't like to use the word "bully", she likes to use the term "abrasive". I can think of other choice words that Amazon won't print. This book is a must have if you feel oppressed, harassed, threatened, bullied, etc. at work. I've read all of the "bully" books out there and I find this very helpful for front-line employees and for CEOs, but read it in conjunction with Robert Sutton's "The No (expletive) Rule". I can't write the title or Amazon will delete my review. "Taming" answers three main questions not covered in any other book. 1.What is wrong with bullies? Why do they do what they do? 2.Why doesn't management ever do anything that really makes them stop and why don't they get rid of bullies if they know that they cause so much trouble in the workplace? 3. What can I do about my bully? What can I expect if I report him to HR? If I sue? If I get a bunch of my co-workers to file a group complaint to HR? If I just tell my bully to please treat me with... Good performance, short life
The abrasive buffs sold by Dremel do a good job of sanding/smoothing irregular shaped objects, but they have a very short life span. I think it would depend upon your need for such a product to determine whether it is a reasonable value. I have not yet found a need that justifies wearing down a $2.50 buffing wheel in several minutes, but your use of these buffs may justify the high cost. At roughly $2.50 per buffing wheel it may not sound like much until you realize that it may take a great number of wheels to finish your project. I have rated these buffs as three stars because I believe they rate 5 stars for performance, but only 1 star for durability. This is a product that Dremel should invest some time in the design to substantially lengthen its ability to perform in order to justify the price they are asking. Works like a charm AND environmentally friendly
These are the best cleaning cloths I have ever used. I clean everything in my house with them. They don't scratch, they don't leave lint, and they clean like a dream. You don't even need chemicals - a little bit of water and these clean windows better than anything I've ever used. Just pop them in the wash and you're not using up paper towels. I love microfiber. It's wonderful. You can use it for just about anything. Clothing, upholstery, bedding, cleaning cloths - it's everywhere now and there's a good reason. It's incredibly soft, sturdy, and absorbent. There are variations in quality though. For all-purpose cloths, these are a great deal, and you stock up to boot. These cloths don't look that sturdy, but they are. Keep a dozen in the kitchen, you may never buy paper towels again. You can clean just about anything with them. There are better cloths for polishing glass, but these will work. They're also good for dusting off your keyboard. Why don't you do that right now?
